All cattle will have in-state health papers for shipping within the breeder's State of residence. Cattle that will be crossing State lines may have additional requirements. Please verify requirements, and let the consigner know what they are.  All females will have breeding information provided. Pregnancies willl be verified by a veterinarian. All breeding age bulls will be fertility tested.

The animal's registration will be transferred to the buyer.  Each buyer must be sure to give the seller his proper name and address for making transfers.  Any agreements regarding registration of offspring will be between the buyer and seller.  The consigner will adhear to the minimum guarantees recommended by the American Hereford Association.
